Hello guys! Today’s post is gonna be a short one. I don’t want to waste too much time on technology while I’m here, so I’ll make a proper post when I’m back in Montreal. The only thing I’ll say is: Riviera Maya is incredibly AWESOME! I don’t want to leave…ever! I’m drinking a melon-orange smoothie as I type…this is paradise!
But changing subject, last week I made a guest post for another blog, so for today’s recipe, you can check Imma Eat That. Even though I “discovered” that blog not too long ago, it’s one of my favorite blogs related to food and health. Her recipes are gluten free and her pictures are amazing.
I made the Thai noodles a couple of weeks ago and they were delicious, nutritious and high in fiber. Also, for those of you who eat gluten-free, this recipe is suitable for you. I hope you enjoy it and I’ll be back on the blog in a few more days.
PS: today is Victor’s birthday!!! This morning we went swimming with sea turtles and in a few minutes we’re leaving to a Mexican restaurant to continue with the birthday celebrations.
